By accessing and using UnCar's car rental service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Rental Agreement
When renting a vehicle through our service, you must:
- Be at least 21 years old
- Hold a valid driver's license for at least 2 years
- Provide valid identification and payment information
- Have a clean driving record
- Comply with all traffic laws and regulations
3. Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We require a deposit to secure your booking, which will be refunded upon successful return of the vehicle. Payment can be made through our secure payment system using major credit cards or bank transfer.
4. Vehicle Condition and Return
Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received, with a full tank of fuel. Any damage or issues must be reported immediately. Late returns may incur additional charges.
5. Insurance and Liability
Our vehicles are insured for basic coverage. Additional insurance options are available for purchase. You are responsible for any damage or accidents that occur during the rental period.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.
7. Privacy Policy
We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to such processing.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
